Painting process:
- Chlorine wash to remove any algae or organic build up
- Acid wash to remove any sediment
- Detergent wash to clean the surface
- Inspect surface for concrete cancer
- Filling of cracks and holes on existing surface with structural grout
- Sand the existing surface where required allowing the new paint to grip
- Paint surface in specially designed epoxy paint
- Wait 1-2 week for surface to dry and cure
- Replace hydrostatic valve, fill and chemically balance
